We invite you to schedule your private consultation at our boutiques in Shinjuku (Tokyo Japan), Seoul (South Korea), and Hong Kong (SARS) at your earliest convenience, as appointment availability is currently limited due to a high volume of requests.

Please be advised that our boutiques operate strictly by appointment only to ensure an exclusive experience for our clientele. Upon formal confirmation of your requested date and time, you will be issued an official entry pass. Please note that access to our premises is restricted to pass-holders only, and we are unable to accommodate guests without a confirmed reservation.

Following the confirmation of your booking, you will receive a comprehensive email containing your security pass and all necessary details regarding your visit.

Booking Policy & Availability

Please note our updated scheduling process to help you plan your next visit:

  • Monthly Releases: New appointment slots open on the 1st of every month.

  • Availability: If the calendar is full, all current slots are booked.

  • Cancellations: We recommend checking back periodically, as slots reappear in real-time following cancellations or reschedules.

  • Monday to Saturday: 11:30 – 20:30

  • Sunday: Closed
