KiotoBrand offers express free shipping to anywhere in the world, using trusted couriers so you can rest assured your delivery will arrive quickly and safely. All orders are insured until arrival at destination. All orders placed with us are fully guaranteed for delivery.

All our orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center in Tokyo (Japan). This central location allows us to maintain high standards in quality and efficiency. We utilise triangulation shipping for all international orders. This method allows us to optimize our logistics and enhance your overall experience with us. This approach shortens transit times, ensuring that your orders arrive at their destination faster than ever before.

Please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier’s logistics network. While we work exclusively with trusted carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All of our orders are delivered by Japan Post, DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Tracking information for your order is provided in Track your Order. 

For security purposes, tracking numbers are not sent directly. Once available, your tracking information will be updated and visible through the “Track Your Order” page. You will be able to track your order via the courier official website too.  Please note that tracking details may take a short time to appear as the system updates.

Exotic

All our exotic bags come with a provisional CITES certificate, allowing us to ship internationally. We will dispatch the item with the most convenient courier according to your location at no extra cost. Available worldwide shipping. 

Order Processing Time

We will ship your order the same day after we receive your payment. You can check the progress of your order in Track Your Order. We guarantee express delivery on all orders.

We aim to prepare and ship all orders the same day of receiving payment. However, please note that courier pick-up schedules and processing times may occasionally extend this window. In such cases, your order may take slightly longer than 24 hours to be dispatched.
